The only thing I'm sorry about is that the stars only go up to five! Laura Wucher and her team are the absolute best! We have known Laura for over 10 years and she has handled three real estate transactions for us. The latest is relocating back to the Bay Area and she took care of us like we were right in the neighborhood! We had two days to look and Laura brought us to12 - yes 12 different properties - in one day! She was amazing and never once complained about how many we wanted to see. She is a an absolute joy to be with and is honest about giving her opinion while respecting yours. Sometimes you need another set of eyes to see things clearly.

After seeing all those properties, we ended up buying one of the very first ones she showed us. This is where Diana came into play. She showed us this property a second time the next day and we fell in love with it. Diana was amazing in handling the offer and answered all our questions and any concerns we had. Let me tell you, both of these ladies have patience! Diana even was in touch while away on vacation for her birthday! She never dropped the ball and was very much in contact with us. (We tried not to bother her though but she never complained or asked us to wait until she got back.)

But, don't think that Laura was out of the loop in this process. She stayed up to date without stepping on Diana's toes. Even while we were selling our house up here in the foothills, Laura offered to show our property on her Instagram to help. Who does that? Luckily we received and accepted an offer after 8 days on the market so Laura's kind offer was not necessary. But she is creative in getting the job done! AND, if you need painting, shelves or closets installed, any work in the new place before you move in......Laura's "got a guy!" No worries in trying to find people to make your place just right before moving in.

As I said, we've known Laura for over 10 years and not only is she the best real estate agent we've ever worked with but she has become a dear friend! You will love working with her and her team! I guarantee it!
