R Ercole - Seller

Laura and her team helped me sell my condo in the summer/fall of 2018. I'm not going to lie, my condo was a challenge to sell - from location, HOA challenges, repairs needed, through to a nervous buyer. When the buyer got nervous during escrow, Laura was quick to arrange a call with the buyer and her realtor so that we could assure her there was nothing to be nervous about. Through it all, Laura and her team were supportive and worked with me to make sure I got the best deal I could and moved escrow through quickly and painlessly. Oh, and her staging is beautiful and is provided at no extra cost! I'm not quite ready to buy yet, but when I am, I would definitely work with Laura and her team again!
